Worst tech support ever

I need help. Can someone please give me the number to call for top tier customer service? My uverse constantly goes out. I'm talking at least once a month. And not for a few mins either. When it goes out it takes a few days for a tech to come "fix" it. It's happened again and I'm tired of some kid at a contracted tech center reading a scripted message to tell me to basically turn it iff and turn it back on.

There is no top level tech support. The ones you get when you call in are the ones who troubleshoot the issues. If it has been ongoing, and intermittently dropping, the best thing they can do is get a tech out.

I've had six different techs in as many months. Inside outside contractor outside. Yoh name it they've been here. And it continues to go out. It's been out since sat morning and I'm still sitting here staring at my flashing red broadband light
