U-verse app does not recognize home network - 3000

Hello,

I moved my u-verse service to a new home and everything works but the app recognizing my home network when trying to connect my receivers to the app.

I have U-verse app v.4.6.2 and have tried all the troubleshooting steps, i.e., restarting everything and reimstalling the app (after restarting my iPhone) to no avail.

I keep getting: There has been an issue communicating with the U-verse network. [3000]

Note: the mobile U-verse site recognizes my network.

Any help is appreciated.

I have this problem since we had to replace our dvr in the livingroom. I get the 3000 error every time I try to add the new receiver. The receiver shows in the list so it must be connected in some way, but it won't let me add it.
