Sit n spin
Have a cisco receiver. ISB7500. Not wireless. Had it unplugged to move it. Turned it on and got to a big bluish screen with AT&T U-verse in big letters. Icon in the lower corner that is spinning. Assuming it's searching for something. Internet is up. Obviously. But receiver will not connect.

When you mvoed the reciever, you have to ensure that the new coax or ethernet connection it attaches to is active. If there wasn't a reciever there previously, odds are good that it was disconnected when you had your service first installed.
If you know what you're doing, go and fix the connection yourself, otherwise you'll want to get a tech out to your house to do the swap for you. This will cost you $49 (I think, it could be more) since it's a service call.

Same connection as before. From the wireless router from ATT. Know it works 'cause...here I am.
