If you looked at my service history???

     I have had Uverse for almost two years maybe longer. When it works it delivers the best picture I have ever seen. ATT has spent more money sending tech's out here than if they hired a helicopter to run a new line, no exaggeration 20 times plus. In the beginning I had three different tech's on three consecutive days and the tech's stayed -- all day – really I couldn't believe it. One came last week another coming tomorrow. ATT has never sent the same guy "ever"!!! My modem has been replaced at least 4 -5 times. So back on the phone from my office trying to talk this kid through my problem, I'm sure they mean well. But it is quickly obvious that most don't understand the big picture. So back through the same punch list, I have to believe that someone at ATT hearing trumpets bounding from the heavens as I say it "ATT". Someone there at ATT has to understand what is going on.

     

ATT has invested a ton here, I would gladly stay with the service “great picture” if my Internet /TV can finally get consistent. Don't get me wrong I have had periods of it working pretty well tolerable, considering all three services ph-tv-net. I have Comcast at my office dealing with them is not better - seems like going from the frying pan to the fire, but that is my next step. I missed recording a program I really wanted to see due to no service.

  • Internet is and has always been slow and intermittent.

@PinecrestFl   If you happen to have a 510/589/599 Arris/Moto RG, IPv6 causes disconnects, rebooting and browsing problems.

Disable IPv6 in the RG's Gui. http://192.168.1.254/

Then I'd suggest you contact ATT Uverse Care, they get things done to the end.

Send them a Private Message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve all your Uverse service problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap and gone above and beyond.

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Chris below is the copy of the U-Verse-care email. tech came out today, I think, I got no call this time and cust-care still has not read the email.

I also want to mention that the reboots on the ip6 happens on the 3000 or the gray modem it I have the number wrong.  I had disconnects on my modem and everyone said this modem was not affected but one I tuned of IP6 the reboots stop happening.  What advantage is this IP6 suppose to have?  It seems like it causes more problems then benefits.
