changing security question answers

Just discovered that the security questions do not respond to the answers I gave them. How do I get into my att account to correct them?

If you're still able to sign in, go to att.com > sign in > once you're signed in, click on the icon that looks like a human/person on the upper right hand side of the page > click View Profile > and from there you have the option to update your security q&a, contact email address, etc.

Changing security question answers is a valuable way to protect your data and keep your identity safe.

There are a few ways in which you can change your security questions: 
- You can add new questions to your database, which will make it harder for anyone else to access your information. 
- You can change the answers to existing questions, which will make it difficult for them to figure out what you've been doing with your data. 
- You can delete certain questions from your database, which will make it impossible for anyone to access that information
