mygophone Phone number in limbo after switching to a 25Cent rate plan

Hi,

 

Just before leaving US on an international trip, I changed my rate plan from $45/month plan to 25Cent/minute plan and activated call forwarding to my landline.

Couple of days later I found out that my mobile number is no longer reachable and call forwarding is not working, instead callers hear "the number is not reachable" message. 

I'm not able to reach any human operator to ask what happened and website provides no answers. Any help available here to find out what I can do to resove the unreachable message?

I’m sorry to hear about your GoPhone trouble! Communication is definitely important, especially while you are traveling!

 

Did you take the GoPhone abroad with you? Our GoPhone services will only work in the U.S. on the $.25/minute plan, which may explain this issue.
