data i have a go phone 640 LTE
Just refilled my plan the same way I always do except this time I can only make calls and use messaging I have no cell data to get online how do I fix this

Sorry to hear about your data troubles! What plan are you on currently? The $45 and $60 Monthly plan do indeed come bundled with data.
It is possible that the phone is experiencing data issues independently of the pre-paid plan. I would give our great Online Troubleshooting Tool for Internet a try!
