URGENT Please Help!

I recently purchased a previous GoPhone SIM card for BYOP activation, and I happened to break the SIM card by accident and it was mangled beyond salvage, I went ahead and activated a NEW SIM card and paid for a NEW plan when my other plan is currently active is there any way I can add that balance to this NEW phone number , I would appreciate it I can offer secure information to verify my identity as well, the website will not give me any good information to help me if anyone can help me resolve this issue I'd be much appreciated you may call me on my ATT GoPhone which i will give to an agent upon request
