Last month I had over $30 in my gophone acct, now it's gone. Last time I refilled I was suppose to extend my "Expiration date" which I gess I did not, soo now I am about $28 short and my balance is $0!! Help!

Hi there @CRPuraVida!

Sorry to hear about your Gophone balance! It’s always a disappointment when you lose your balance to the expiration date. I’m glad to clarify the expiration system, so you can avoid this in the future!

The latest refill will reset the expiration date according to the amount. So $10-$24 refills will expire in 30 days from the refill date, $25 to $99 in 90 days, $100 or more in 365 days etc.

It’s important to note, that refills do not stack the refill expiration time, nor is it cumulative. For example if you have a $24 balance, then add $1 to it. It will not bump the expiration date from 30 days to 90 days. This reflects this system at the moment, and of course may be subject to change in the future.

I appreciate your question however, let us know what else we may assist with. It’s always a pleasure, thanks for posting!
