PIN of pre-paid GoPhone card doesn't work

I bought a refill card for my GoPhone off eBay and the seller emailed me the PIN. I entered the PIN online in the space provided on My Account page and it would not accept it. The message I got was "Recharge failed because the prepaid card was not in an available state or it does not exist." Well the seller says it does exist, so what do I do?

Did you happen to copy/paste the number from your email message from the seller to the code field?  I ran into the same message when I did this.  Once I manually typed the number, the ATT system accepted it.

Absolutely John! I copied and pasted and it didn't work. I typed the numbers in myself and then it worked.
