My gophone

I'm using IPhone5, but why 611 presented me basic phone rate plans? I switched to 45$ yesterday and today I have to call to call center to change to 40$ monthly rate plan because I cannot use data. Can I get my 5$ back from this misunderstanding?

You can try to call AT&T and explain your misunderstanding, but they may likely not issue the credit. Dial 611 from your phone and keep repeating "customer service" until you are transferred to a live representative who may be able to help.
