My expiration date

why is it that almost everytime I refill my gophone the expiration date is one day less?

At this rate, some point I'll be filling my phone twice in one month. Started off on the 8th and now its set to expire on the 4th?????????

Are you on one of the 30 day plans? It could be that you are adding the time on to early. Ideally you want to add it on on the 30th day, that way your not losing a day. If you're on one of the other plans I know anything 25 dollars or higher keeps the account good for 90 days or until you use the funds, anything less expires at 30 days. Hope this helps!

Our refills are on a 30-90-365 day refill. Remember that if you are on a monthly plan it is good for 30 days. So in months where there is 31 days, your day would be one day early.
