I NEED A REPORT OF AN IMPORTANT CALL MADE!
On April 14th 2014 I made a call with my prepaid phone. I haven´t recharged that phone for months so it has been desactivated. I need a report saying I made that specific call that day to an specific number but I have been it is impossible because the number has been desactivated. Please, help me. The medical insurance is denying me the coverage because they say I didn´t make that call but I did.

I’d recommend contacting our GoPhone department at 800-901-9878 where we can attempt to locate your past account and do our best to provide the requested information.

Hello Charise, thank you very much for your answer but they told me they can´t provide me with any report as the prepaid number is inactive due to I haven´t charged it for months.
