Gophone Refill is Succeed but the account balance is still 0

I have refilled my Gophone by the credit card. It has been successful refilled as my credit card has been charged with the refill. However, my Gophone account balance is still showing as 0.

My phone number is 215-353-3623

Hi @mijiada579

 

Is your phone working? In most cases, if you have a monthly GoPhone plan, when you refill your account it gets charges the amount of your plan and while it may show your balance at 0, your plan should be activated for 30 days.
