Go phone call Canada from Mexico

Hi. I have a go phone on the 10c/min plan.

I am able to call and sms to US phones no problem. I am able to smsm to Canadian phones no problem.

However, I cannot complete a call to a Canadian number. It just beeps once and disconnects.

I am dialing +1 Area Code + number.

Does anyone know how to call from a Go Phone to Canada. Do I need a different plan? Do I need to dial the number in a different manner?

You should be able to call Canada while roaming in Mexico either with our 60.00 plan or pay per use rates.
