I have an AT&T Go Phone SIM that I haven't been using for a while (a couple of months). Is that grounds enough for AT&T to suspend my number or confiscate my credit?

GoPhone refills have expiration dates after which the balance expires and disappears.

$10 - 15 --> 30 Days

$25 - 50 - 75 --> 90 Days

$100 --> 1 Year.

If your balance expires an account will remain open for 60 days and without any activity it'll be canceled.

No, not as long as your account is still open. However, once your runs out of time you have about 60 days to reopen it with another refill card before the account expires. At which time you will need to open up a new account.
