Data for GoPhone
When I enrolled in the ATT prepaid plan a couple months ago, I was led to believe that 3GB would be included in the $45 monthly plan and that 6GB would be included in the $65 monthly plan. That is what I was shown and quoted by two sales representatives. Now, the day after my plan renewal, I am told I only have 20MB left. I don't understand how this is possible. I know I didn't use up 3GB in a day. Am I misunderstanding something here? Thanks all.

No, you've got it right. The $45 plan includes 3GB of high speed data and the $60 plan includes 6GB. I have no idea why you show only 20mb left but yes it is very possible to use 3GB in a day.

I also have the same problem.
Just received an SMS telling me I have 20mb left.
To make it even worse, I had purchased a 500mb package just in case my 3gb were not enough until the end of the month, but now I logged in and found out that it is gone too.
My plan was renewed just 3 days ago, before depleting the 3gb.
