Auto Refill malunction

I have tried several times to set up auto-refill on my GoPhone. When I get to the final screen and I am asked to eiher Agree to the terms or Cancel, the Agree button is grayed out and only the Cancel button is clickable. As a result, I am unable to initiate Auto-Refill. Please reply with a solution.

My apologies for the trouble with your auto-refill. This is a great to manage your GoPhone account month to month conveniently. Any issues with it, would definitely cause me to furrow my brow.

 

Auto-refill does require that the amount filled be no less than $5 under the cost of your monthly plan. Lower amounts will cause issues with setting it up.
