Added packages aren't showing up on my GoPhone

Hi,

I've added 4, 1Gigabyte packages to my GoPhone account and only 2 are showing. Where are the other 2?
Can you also tell me where I can see my actual data use, because when I check my account history I see no costs with the data usage.

Hello! @Val_mifi  thanks for posting your GoPhone concerns. To check usage an data amounts on your account, once you login to the account, you’ll select Usage Summary from the home page. From there, select the account history tile for more detailed information. Then select the History Type menu and choose Data and Messaging. You can then select the start and end dates of usage up to 30 days at a time. For more details click the down arrow on the right of the item.
