I have a AT&T SIM card (from a gophone). Can I use a Straight Talk iPhone 5s with the AT&T SIM card?

Ultimately, it will depend on what kind of iPhone you have. Your iPhone should have carrier branding on it in some way.
If it is an AT&T branded iPhone, then it should be fine. However certain other carrier branded phones will have to be unlocked from their respective carriers in order to become compatible.
