Making international calls
How do I call a phone number outside the U. S.? I was trying to call a phone number in Mexico to confirm a shuttle reservation but it's giving me an error recording that the call couldn't connect. I tried adding a country code and area code but still gives me the same error recording.

Hi, @rjrazote,
We'd love to help with this. We have information on making an international call. Did you include a + before the country code? If not, try it. You shouldn't need to dial 011 as the exit code but if nothing else works, try that, too. Let us know if this helps.
