How do I cancel auto pay

Hi, I never set up a at&t account. I have always used the pre paid cards to reactivate my account. Now I’m using auto pay to pay for my phone I needed help trying to cancel that. I have tried creating an account and once I was logged in it showed my plan but didn’t show that I was using auto pay..

We can definitely provide you with the steps to cancel AutoPay for your AT&T PREPAID account. To get started, you'll need to Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account. Please keep in mind that your initial password is the last four digits of your phone number, unless you've already signed in once before and changed your online password/four digit pin.
