Error Logging into AT&T account
Hello.
Every time I attempt to log into my AT&T prepaid account I always get a message stating "Error, cant log me in at this time!". Please provide account troubleshooting. I purchased a $55 dollar monthly plan and didnt realize I had not changed my plan. I have not used the data and such. Is there a way I could change my plan so that it reflects what I purchased?
