Prepaid keeps 6 months of phone records, you can get them from your online account. If you need anything older than 6 months, sorry, ATT does not have them.

Hi @Benwhite123,
Allow us to assist!
Access our support page to learn how to view the previous 16 months of your billing online, where you can see these records. Anything further than that will require you to contact us directly, where charges will apply.
Let us know if you have any other questions!

@Benwhite123
Since you posted in prepaid, there is six months worth of payment and usage Records available in your online prepaid account. There are no prior records online or otherwise for prepaid service.
Postpaid accounts have 16 months available online but can request reprints of Prior bills with usage by calling AT&T.
