Accidentally changed prepaid plan from $25 promo plan to multi-line and lost service
I was planning on adding another line to take advantage of the $25 promotional plan and add another line.
As soon as I did that I lost service and it asked me to pay $35.
So I switched back to single line and it still asks me to pay $35, even though I already paid the $300+ for the whole year.
How do I fix this?

🤦♀️ The $300 promotion is a single line offer. You cannot create a multi line account.
Call AT&T and ask really nice for them to fix it for you.

Hi,
Was this problem resolved? I'm going through the same problem and they said they couldn't refund me of the $300 I paid for the year.

@chrisrsalas What? What exactly did you do? Once you pay for that $300 plan that’s it it’s for 12 months you don’t touch it. You don’t try to change it, you can’t join a multi line (won’t allow it) you don’t try to take a month off, 300 bucks 12 months that’s it.

before, I grabbed this offer, I asked someone from customer service if I can make this promo to multi-line and he said yes. So I went ahead and paid $329 and had my single line account activated but I also accidentally converted it to multi-line, which forfeited my one year payment. I am still waiting from AT&T to have my case resolved but they activated my service today (without the data though).

Yes. After calling them several times I got them to refund the $300, convert my account back to a single line with the promotion, and I had to pay the $300 again to use the service.
It was such a pain and I had to call several people because they wanted me to wait 5 days without phone service until they reactivated the account.

My case is still unresolved. They still would wouldn’t refund me even if I continued using the multi line service.
