AT&T PREPAID: Data overage charges

I'm on the AT&T PREPAID $35 monthly plan that includes 1GB of data. What I'd like to know is what happens if I go over that limit. Is there an overage charge? If so, how much is it? When I read the data plan description, it makes it sound like you can go over and continue using, but data will be slower. I want to know though if I will be charged fees if I go over.

There is no automatic overage charge. As you read, when you use up all your data, your data speed will slow to near unusable speeds. You may be able to purchase additional high speed data but that is optional.
