I am visiting relatives in a country not serviced by AT&T. I bought a 30 prepaid wireless sim for my stay. It won't work without a network activation code. What is the procedure to get the phone unlocked?

@BobStockdale Your phone must meet the unlocking requirements: used on prepaid for 6 months (is likely what applies to you).
