My ZTE Velocity 2 does not give me new messages on renewals, data usage, and payments. I do repeatedly get a message from 9/13/18 from 28809090 saying I have less than 820MB left, etc.
I have done a factory reset a few times and that doesn't help. Even logged into my hotspot and looked for answers. Maybe AT&T could clear it, but how do I reach them.
