My voice messages sometimes don't show up for days and sometimes weeks ,why is that? I have iPhone 7

Hi, @Maria88,
We'd love to help with your voicemail. Let's reset your network settings. Go into Settings>General>Reset. You maybe prompted to enter a passcode, PIN, or pattern, depending on your security settings, to complete the process.
If that doesn't help, let us know if the messages are delayed on Visual Voicemail or when you dial in direct to check voicemail or both.

Hello @Maria88,
Thank you for reaching back out to us. Let us help get you the right answer. The network reset doesn't erase anything on your phone, that would be ''factory reset''. You will most likely have to reenter your password.
