I ordered a 600 dollar phone may 16th att cancelled my order I've talked to countless employees it was supposed to be refunded to my card within 3 business days well that was over a week ago I am so upset and disappointed right now I have been an att customer for like 8 years and 600 dollars is a lot of money for someone to just give away not only have I not received my refund but I have spent countless hours trying to get someone to help me at att
We can help with that. We like to advise that once an order is cancelled, we release the funds back into your account in 3- 5 business days. However, the time frame of when those funds are available in your account is dependent on your bank or financial institution.
