Samsung Galaxy S8 active

Samsung Galaxy S8 active

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 active with ebay classifieds in Germany, since I have been using Samsung smartphones for a long time. I rely on an outdoor mobile phone professional, so my choice fell on the Samsung Galaxy S8 active.

Unfortunately, the phone does not work with a D1 mobile card from Telekom. Can you please help me in this regard?

Should an activation code be necessary, I would pay for it. The main thing the purchase of the genius mobile phones was not in vain.

With best regards

Re: Samsung Galaxy S8 active

Hello @Wurmel79

Thanks for the post. We can definitely help you unlock your S8 to use on other networks.

Before you can use the SIM card from Telekom you must submit a request to unlock your S8 Active. Before you submit your request make sure it meets all the eligibility requirements.

Once you have, go to att.com/deviceunlock

  1. Select Unlock your device
  2. Read and agree to the unlock eligibility requirements
  3. Complete and submit form
  4. Check your inbox for a confirmation email with your request number.

We'll email your unlock request status within 2 business days. If your request is approved you'll get an email with the steps to unlock your Galaxy S8.

Jens, check out the eligibility requirements then submit your request. We hope this information helps. Please let us know if we can provide additional support.
