You can’t reactivate a deactivated SIM card. If your account balance has been at $0 for more than 60 days, your account has been closed and your number is gone. You will need to open a new account with a new number and new SIM card. If you can still log into your prepaid account, your SIM card is still active. Just refill/renew your plan.
