In order to reset your voicemail password, you must first log into your myATT app:
Go to Account Overview > My Wireless
Scroll and select the device you want to manage.
Select Reset Voicemail Password and follow the prompts.
You'll receive a temporary password via text message - use that to access your voicemail and change your temporary password to something more personal to you.
If you have AT&T prepaid, you can visit our Prepaid Voicemail Reset Article and follow the steps to reset and create a new voicemail password.
Also, feel free to access our Set up Voicemail Article to help create the voice greeting on your mobile device.
