It could be that the previous SIM card is incompatible or is damaged! I can help you get a SIM card for your device!
We have a couple of alternatives in order to acquire a new SIM card. One way would be to take your device to any retail AT&T store. The other alternative is you can place the order for the SIM card online and we can get a SIM card mailed out to you. Currently our GoPhone SIM cards can be purchased online and have a charge of $4.99. Shipping times may vary but normally take between 5 – 10 business days. Imani, AT&T Community Specialist.
