Re: protection against SIM swapping

protection against SIM swapping

With enhanced security turned on and a passcode set,

1) is the passcode always needed to move any of the phone numbers on the account to a new phone, or only for the main phone number?

2) does an the authorized user also always need the passcode to make this kind of change?

Hi @acompux,

Thank you for reaching out to us today. Any user on the account will need the passcode in order to make any changes to the account. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
