How to upgrade your device online! 

  1. Log into via myATT app or through a web browser!
  2. Once you are logged into your account. Tap on New Phone Envy/ See your upgrade options.
  3. Select the device you wish to upgrade.
  4. You will be taken to another screen that has your upgrade options. Choose a phone.
  5. Next you will see your color options and capacity. We chose Gold color and 32GB for capacity. Tap Add to Cart.
  6. Choose your accessories and check out!

 

Note: Customers can purchase wireless products on att.com for pickup at a AT&T Retail store. You will receive an email confirmation detailing store information and hours.
