It's been 4 days since the order was placed by a at&t employee and is being sent to the AT&T store so it's shouldn't be taking this long I was told it would take 2 days we ordered on the 31st a Friday so it should have been there Sunday or Monday but they still having shipt it yet, if there sending it from a Warehouse or something that's just dumb they should have just shipped it from another AT&T store somewhere around where I live.
We can help you with that. Factors such as backorder devices or credit check (including what is available with AT&T services) can result in delay of shipping. Once your package is ready for pickup, you'll receive an email notifying you. Make sure to review Picking Up an Order In-Store.
