Want to upgrade to a refurbished iphone but account will not let me
I have an older IPhone and want to change to the IPhone SE. I see availability on the website; however, when I try to upgrade, the system says no compatible products available. However, if I go in as adding a new line, the phone is available! Why can I not purchase and upgrade online?
