Ups lost my device

I pre ordered the Samsung Galaxy s10 plus because of the promotion for free ear buds, well it still hasn't been delivered more than 7 days later. I filed a claim but I can't get any answers from anyone about what's going on and it's been several days. I'm paying for a device I haven't gotten and hasn't even been delivered yet.
