Upgrade issues

I recently paid the the amount I owe in order to trade in and upgrade this morning at 11:30 but it is still saying I need to pay in order to upgrade. I would really like to know why because I wanted to get my upgrade today and I can't because the payment hasn't gone through but my boyfriend bill payment went through no problem and I paid it two hours later

When we make payments to our account, it can take up to 24 hours to post on the account. We pull out the payments around 12:00 PM at night. We do apologize any inconvenience this may have caused you!
