Upgrade Question, what are my options?

Good Morning

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 4 to the new HTC One X. I upgraded about 1 week ago.

I am not very happy with the phone and the service with this handset.

I was told I have "30 days". 30 days to do what exactly? To just exchange handsets? Or can I actually return the phone and ask for my upgrade to be given back to me until I decide what I want to do????

If you actually return the device and go back to your original device the upgrade will be reset, be aware it is not instantaneous, it will take time for it to process through the system, if you got the phone through a 3rd party retailer it can take longer - sometimes a lot longer plus the 3rd party retailer may have different retrun and excahgne policies.

If you decide to get a different phone, the upgrade is not reversed and it is a one time shot, once you exchange it for a different phone you are done, there is no gimmie again
