Unlock denied
Hi I bought a ATT refurbished phone from ATT website. It was a Microsoft Lumia phone and i used my ATT sim and it worked but when i tried to unlock it i got denied request saying it was on another att account.
I paid ATT for this phone and it cannot sell me phones that are linked to other person accounts. And unfortunately any device unlock requests are right away denied at ATT stores. Let me know what can be done to unlock my device.
I am still a ATT customer and i sent a Private message and i do not see any response.
This is the error msg i got from ATT
We can’t unlock this device because it’s currently active on another AT&T customer’s account.
