Unauthorized billing of my bank card and forcibly completing buy1/get 1 contract without my permiss

How is it possible to override a customer and submit an order without his permission and charge him $180 tax on his debit card for the buy one get one S8 when he never gave approval and nobody from AT&T will answer this question telling me it's totally impossible and I said the emails prove it I did not agree to this two days later which is today Friday to phone arrived at my door I called my bank I was charged twice and $90 buy a Filipino lady who went in and overrode this when I said I was going to wait for a week so here I sit in Sioux City Iowa with possible Bank charges and overdraft fees coming because of this but yet all I hear is it can't happen it's impossible people wake up it happened now give me my gosh darn money back but nobody will authorize it I'm tempted to put the phones on eBay no names no questions somebody give me my $180 their your phones you don't know me I don't know you if that's how you guys want to play otherwise I'm going to hire an attorney anybody ever have this happen I don't want to give my name but I've wasted 13 hours in 3 days on the telephone hearing this can't happen and they have phones arrived today and $180 was taken out 2 * separately $90 each but yet this can happen it's impossible impossible my butt I want my money back what would you do
