Tracking number not working on smart label

I recently sent my phone in when I upgraded and used the information and label sent to me when my new phone came in the mail. I have tried to use the tracking number for the past week and am unable to see where the package is. The tracking number says it is unavailable. I just want to make sure my phone arrives so I am not penalized.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community Forums with this question about device tracking.  I definitely understand wanting to make sure the phone is received in the correct time frame, and I would be happy to assist in any way I can.
