Tablet line upgrade to a smartphone?
On my phone plan, I have a tablet line that is eligible for an upgrade. I do not plan to upgrade the tablet, but would like to use the upgrade to get a new smartphone for my phone line. Is this possible to do?

Yes. You will need a new SIM card and change the billing.
