Switching SIM cards to a new device
How do I go about switching my SIM card to a new device still on AT&T?
I tried just putting it in the new phone and turning it on, it worked for a little while, but the service seems to be gone now.

Hi there! @isanchez0621 Thanks for posting your concerns. I’m sorry to hear your new device is not getting service with your existing SIM.
It’s possible the SIM is not compatible with that device.
You can visit any AT&T company store to get a new SIM activated free of charge.
To locate your nearest store please go to www.att.com and select Store Locations & Appointments on the upper right of the site. From there you can enter your zip code and find your nearest store address, hours of operation and phone number.
Please ensure you take a valid photo ID for verification purposes.

went to att.com, clicked on stores, entered zip, NADA. So--- once again, How does one locate a local store?.

Try a different Zip Code from a bigger city nearby. Maybe there isn't a store real close to you.
