Replacement Sim Card
Can somebody please explain why it is so difficult to get a replacement sim card for a phone. I have been on the phone for 10 days trying to get a nano Sim card to replace a broken phone for my son, Being a loyal customer for over ten years with 4 phones on our plan...You would think AT&T would try a little harder, First order for replacement was on 08-13 (Order number: 56-813000014002748
Order date: 08/13/2018 at 9:59:17 a.m. ET) I called back on 08/18 asking why the card had not yet arrived and I was told that the order was still pending in the fulfillment center for unknown reasons...I again was told that a card would be mailed (Order number: 56-832000005886471
Order date: 08/18/2018 at 12:53:05 p.m. ET) I called again on 08/21 again asking where the replacement nano sim car was and again I was told that the order is still pending in the fulfillment center, along with the first order ...... I was told that a nano sim card would be shipped next day air on 08/21 (Order number: 56-837000006752703 Order date: 08/21/2018 at 2:13:12 p.m. ET) I just got off the phone today 08/22 and was told that all three nano sim cards are still pending in the fulfillment center, That's 10 days and four phone calls and still no nano sim card... Hello AT&T the lights are on but it appears that nobody is home...... Jim in Chicago....(A Very Unhappy AT&T Customer)

Hey there @kcso138,
We would be glad to provide some insight!
If an order is still in progress, this would mean that the item and order is still being gathered and prepared for shipping or possibly back-ordered due to availability. You can verify the order status through our Order Management Portal.
You can also check availability through your local AT&T stores! To find the closest store to you, check out our Store Locator.
Have a great week!

Yeah... it takes 10 minutes in an ATT store to have a sim made for a new phone.
