Phone update question
I have an LG Phoenix 2, and I noticed that an update was released on Nov. 1st.
I haven't gotten it yet, as my phone says it is up to date even though I still have the older firmware version. How long does it take before I get this, and do I need my SIM installed? I was trying to update over WiFi as my SIM was in my other AT&T phone.

Thank you, I wasn't sure, I have used unlocked phones in th past and this was not needed. I will put my SIM in and update.
