Phone Upgrade

It would mean trading in your existing phone for possible credit toward the new phone. I say possible because the phone must be in good working order. You are required to ship it in. Some phones are lost in transit, arrive late, or are damaged in shipping. It can result in a very frustrating experience. I am not saying it always happens. It may be very rare. But it's only fair to let you know.
