Phone Upgrade

Looking for a phone to use as MP3 player for mother-in-law that does not require a data plan.  Any suggestions?

Almost all phones made today will play MP3. Depends if you want a bar phone, slider, flip, etc. Check the AT&T website for phones that do not require data and almost all will play MP3s.
